Information processed
The service may process user names, business email addresses, company and branch information, product catalogues, templates, media, print records, audit activity, support requests and billing metadata.
Purposes
Information is used to provide and secure the workspace, operate print workflows, deliver support, send transactional messages, manage subscriptions and meet legal obligations.
Company workspaces
Workspace owners control invited users and company content. The platform separates records by organization and records administrative and support access.
Service providers
The final notice must name or categorize the production hosting, database, object storage, email, monitoring and payment providers once they are selected.
Retention and deletion
Owners can export workspace data and submit a reviewed deletion request. Final retention periods, legal holds and backup deletion windows must be defined before launch.
