Refund and Cancellation Policy

Align this policy with the final plan design, Malaysian consumer requirements, payment-provider rules and the company’s actual support process.
Trials
Any trial length and conversion behavior will be displayed before checkout. Customers should cancel before a paid period begins when they do not wish to continue.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel through the billing portal after live billing is configured. The final policy must state whether access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refund review
Refund requests should include the company, invoice, reason and relevant dates. Eligibility, partial refunds and non-refundable usage must be finalized before accepting payment.
Billing errors
Confirmed duplicate charges or platform billing errors should be corrected promptly after verification.
